1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at svdc.ca (the “Site”), or by submitting an appointment request through our online booking form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, patients, and users of the Site and its services.

2. About Us

Smile Vancouver Dental Clinic operates two clinic locations in the Greater Vancouver area:

Our dentists are licensed members of the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia (CDSBC).

The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional dental or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified dental professional for any dental concerns.

4. Appointment Booking

Submitting an appointment request through our online form does not constitute a confirmed appointment. A confirmed appointment exists only when a member of our reception team has contacted you and verbally or electronically confirmed the date and time.

By submitting a booking request, you consent to being contacted by phone or SMS to confirm or follow up on your request. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.

5. Cancellation Policy

We ask that patients provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to other patients in need of care.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or affect your ability to book future appointments.

6. Fees and Payment

Our clinic accepts most major insurance plans and direct billing where available. Fees for dental services are established in accordance with the BC Dental Association fee guide and will be communicated to you prior to treatment.

Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been made with our administrative team.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Smile Vancouver Dental Clinic or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Canadian copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any material from this Site without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites (including social media platforms). These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
